ICT Workgroup’s journey began 2009 in the vibrant tech hub of Sweden with a singular vision: to empower businesses to lead in a digital-first world. After a decade of international success, we reached a pivotal milestone in 2019 by officially establishing our Egyptian workgroup.
Now based in the heart of Hurghada, ICT Workgroup is the digital-forward face of Red Sea Workgroup. We combine the innovative spirit of our Swedish roots with the established legal presence of a registered Egyptian entity to give our clients the best of both worlds.
ICT Workgroup is a trade name of Red Sea Workgroup, a limited liability company (LTD) registered in Egypt.

Originally from Sweden, a nation known for innovation, Sammy made the life-changing decision to relocate to Hurghada in 2019. But his journey into technology started much earlier than that.
In fact, Sammy was one of the first in his city to have access to the internet (dial-up), back in 1991. His passion for coding began with BASIC on the Commodore 64, and he was an early adopter of the web, building websites with HTML as soon as he discovered them and even ran a BBS.
He's a seasoned web developer with a passion for creating impactful digital experiences. Sammy's extensive experience in the digital agency world, starting in 2009, has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to help businesses thrive online. He's driven by the desire to make a real difference for companies through effective web development and strategic digital planning. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision.

I was born in Serbia, grew up in Austria, and somehow life decided that Hurghada should be my next chapter — and honestly, I’m not mad about it. Living and working across different countries has given me a flexible mindset, a solid work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly (very useful both in business and in life).
Born in 1981 and professionally seasoned 😉, I’ve built a strong background in organization, administration, and people management over the years. Since 2020, I’ve been based in Hurghada, where I’m the co-owner of ICT Workgroup, together with Sammy.
At ICT Workgroup, I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — from administration and logistics to HR and daily operations. I’m the kind of person who likes things organized, problems solved before they become problems, and teams that actually enjoy working together.
I take pride in creating structure, clarity, and a positive working atmosphere. My goal is simple: make sure everyone can focus on doing their best work while the office machinery runs quietly and efficiently in the background.
I’m also genuinely curious about the digital world and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture and long-term strategy of ICT Workgroup. Attention to detail, reliability, and a “let’s fix it” attitude are kind of my thing. I’m always learning, always improving, and always ready for the next challenge.
